Head of Services for Children's Residential.

I have worked in the care profession for the past 25 years. This has included managing several children's residential homes for various companies and working 15 years for North East Lincolnshire residential childcare (Residential homes) Since 2005 I have been a registered Manager, previously to this I was a care office, Team Leader, which then led me to the above position of manager & currently now Head of Service for Children’s residential. I have my level 3 diploma, Level 4 Diploma, and my level 5 Diploma for children's services, and I also hold a level 7 for Leadership and strategic management. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge over the years working with vulnerable young people and other professionals that support them. I have worked with crisis intervention, Emotional and behavioural, CSE, CCE, Mental Health and disabilities.
